Original Character - Lil Frog Guy

This is a project I started in my free time to learn more about character design, sculpting anatomy, cloth simulations, and general modeling and texturing practice - and also to test out my new pen tablet.

Character design, models and textures all done by me, using Blender and Substance Painter. Rendered with EEVEE.

I wanted to create a cute and fun fantasy creature character. So I started with some reference images and a quick sketch.

I liked the idea of the juxtaposition between a dark-cloaked rogue archetype, and the bright colours of a red-eyed tree frog.
